"Including whether the units and individuals engaged in aquaculture production in waters and beaches owned by the whole people have obtained aquaculture certificates according to law, and whether they have engaged in production activities beyond the scope specified in the aquaculture certificates."
In addition, aquatic seed production will also be regulated, including whether aquatic seed producers hold valid aquatic seed production licenses according to law, whether they produce in accordance with the scope and type of aquatic seed production licenses, and whether they sell or transport aquatic seed quarantine according to law.
